Welcome to MosaicSuit, a cloud-based business management platform that integrates HR, CRM, and Project Management features.

By accessing, using, subscribing, or registering on MosaicSuit, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to MosaicSuit and its owners/operators.

  • “User”, “You”, “Customer” refers to any person or organization using MosaicSuit.

  • “Platform” refers to the MosaicSuit software, website, mobile application, and services.

  • “Content” refers to data, files, documents, media, or information uploaded by User.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

  • Share login credentials or access with unauthorized users.

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or replicate the software.

  • Upload harmful content such as viruses, malware, or illegal data.

Your account may be suspended or terminated if you violate these rules.

3. Subscription & Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • Upgrading or downgrading plans may change future billing.

  • We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time with prior notice.

4. Data Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of the data you upload.

  • We are granted limited rights to store, process, and display your data for service functionality only.

  • You are solely responsible for accuracy and legality of uploaded data.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted use. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security issues. We are not liable for delays due to internet or third-party failures.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Business losses, lost profits, or financial damages.

  • Loss of data caused by user negligence, internet issues, or third-party failures.

Our maximum liability will not exceed one month of your subscription fees.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts due to:

  • Violation of Terms

  • Non-payment

  • Misuse of data or platform

Users may terminate usage anytime, but fees already paid are not refundable.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed according to the laws of Sri Lanka.
